Especially if you do those in isolation. Combine them and your results may improve. However, the signal-to-noise ratio will deteriorate, and the abundance of information sets you up for analysis paralysis. The Scipio Pro suite offers a solution. The indicators provide clear and simple signals, which become even more powerful when combined with the above (drawing lines for market structure, watching wallet flows, checking Twitter 6 hours a day, and so forth). But those are optional. (Recommended, but optional.)

Yes, the EIP and the Damage Indicator work on all time-frames. Just don’t forget that general rule in trading: lower time-frames have more noise than higher ones.

No, the signals don’t repaint. Some indicators detect divergences and express them with a number. As the market moves, these get recalculated, as they should. But signals like Buy, Sell, Hesitant Buy, Hesitant Sell, Bulls Damaged, and Bears Damaged never repaint.
